We had a great premiere of our short „Nun sehen Sie Folgendes“ in Cannes this month.
The Next Generation Short Tiger folks were amazing and FFA/German Films turned out to be the perfect hosts.

We saw a lot of films, some were bad, some were good, but two were really outstanding:

„Halt auf freier Strecke“ (Stopped on Track) by Andreas Dresen was my personal highlight of the festival. It was amazingly decent but also strong at the same time. It would have been a strong candidate for the main competition, too.

„A Lost and Found Box of Human Sensation“ by Martin Wallner and Stefan Leuchtenberg. It feels like Tim Burton did „Waltz With Bashir“. I hope these two talented guys stick to making movies, as we all know how hard it is to make animated ones.
